Thank you for choosing us for your getaway. We look forward to welcoming you here. As the Registered Guest, some things to know before you finalize your booking with us:

WE ARE A QUIET FAMILY PARK

We are proud to offer family camping and cottaging in a quiet, courteous atmosphere. The Loon’s Call will be governed accordingly.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in: 3:00 pm.
Check out: Cottages 11:00 am – Campsites 2:00 pm

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. Overnight Camp Sites:  Minimum deposit $50 per stay.  Cancel 7 or more days in advance of check-in date for 50% refund of deposit.   Deposit non-refundable inside 7 days.
  2. Cabin:   Minimum deposit $100 per stay.  Cancel 7 or more days in advance of check-in date for 50% refund of deposit.   Deposit non-refundable inside 7 days.
  3. Cottages:  Minimum deposit of $75 + 20% of total stay amount (including HST).  Cancel 30 days or more in advance of check-in date for 75% refund of deposit.  Cancel 21-29 days in advance of check-in date for 50% refund of deposit.   Cancel 14-20 days in advance of check-in date for 25% refund of deposit.   Deposit non-refundable inside 14 days.

COTTAGE LINENS NOT INCLUDED

Our cottages and cabin come with a fitted sheet only. Just bring your towel, sleeping bag, and your favourite pillow. Or you can purchase a linen package that includes all bedding and bath towels. Beach towels not included.

PARK RULES & POLICIES

  1. Quiet Enjoyment. Quiet Hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 – however, no excessive noise at any time.
  2. Pets. Pets must not be left unattended. Must be on a leash of reasonable length at all times. Stoop-n-scoop after your pet. Pet owners must be in control of their pet at all times – loud or aggressive pets will not be allowed.
  3. Garbage. Garbage must be put in clear bags (available from office) and disposed in the designated containers. Garbage should not be left on your site overnight or on check-out. Recycling is encouraged and greatly appreciated.
  4. Speed. Kids are having fun – not watching for you. Speed limit in the park 5 km/h.
  5. Campfires. Campfires in pits only and should be attended by an adult at all times.
  6. Visitors. All visitors must register with the camp office upon arrival.
  7. Alcohol. Alcohol to be consumed on your campsite only.
  8. No damaging of Loon’s Call facilities, killing of wildlife, cutting of trees. No firearms, pellet/air guns, slingshots, bows & arrows permitted. No violence or abusive or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other campers or guests.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

The Registered Guest is responsible for the safety and conduct of themselves and their family and visitors at all times. Damage to Loon’s Call property or that of other campers by the Registered Guest or any member of their party is the responsibility of the Registered Guest. Campers may be asked to leave the property for violation of the camp rules, policies, or reasonable direction given by Loon’s Call management and staff. Loon’s Call management has the right to refuse admission to or use of the property and its facilities to anyone. Management, The Loon’s Call Campground & Cottage Resort, and its employees shall not be liable for & shall be saved harmless from any loss, injury, or damage to any possessions or persons however caused. Use of the property and its facilities and equipment is solely at your own risk.
